Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a dedicated team member for a fast-paced production environment. You will follow GMPs, operate equipment, and assist with sanitation and maintenance to keep lines running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have high school certification and 1–3 years in manufacturing, with strong numerical skills and attention to detail. This role includes rotating shifts, overtime, and opportunities for growth within a leading beverage solutions provider.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment preferred.
• Ability to read gauges, thermometers, and weight measurements.
• WHMIS/HACCP/Hygiene training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs, safety policies, PPE requirements, and production area rules.
• Maintain production flow by monitoring equipment and supplying raw materials.
• Perform equipment sanitation and assist with minor maintenance as needed.
• Work with multiple departments to improve quality and reduce waste.
• Record downtime and production data accurately for records.
