Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is hiring for a 2nd Shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM, Mon–Fri with occasional Saturdays) in Lakeland, FL. The role supports high-speed beverage production, adherence to GMPs, QA/QC, and daily data records in a fast-paced plant.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in manufacturing, basic math skills, and ability to operate forklifts with a strong safety mindset. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School certification or equivalent.
• 1-3 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and wear PPE.
• Follow GMPs and quality procedures including SQF where applicable.
• Read and follow production schedules; communicate issues.
• Maintain production flow and supply materials to equipment.
• Perform equipment changeovers and read imperial/metric measurements.
• Record production and quality data; maintain downtime reports.
• Perform sanitation and minor maintenance; support cross training.
