Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a production/warehouse team member for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays) in Lakeland, FL. The role emphasizes health and safety, quality compliance, and efficient production flow.

Training provided for PPE use, GMP adherence, and equipment operation. The candidate should have a high school certification and 1–3 years in manufacturing, with strong math, data recording, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret gauges, thermometers, and weight measurements.
• Formal training in WHMIS, HACCP, Hygiene preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and wear PPE in production areas.
• Follow GMPs and quality procedures; maintain production schedule.
• Maintain production flow and supply raw materials to equipment.
• Perform equipment changeovers and read imperial/metric measurements.
• Record production and quality data; keep downtime records.
• Perform sanitation and minor maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with departments to improve quality and reduce waste.
• Cross-train and support other duties as assigned.
