Job summary

Refresco is seeking a Production Associate in Indiana to support high-speed beverage production. You will adhere to GMPs, operate equipment safely, read production schedules, and maintain material flow. The role requires accurate data recording and teamwork to meet targets.

Responsibilities include ensuring quality, performing minor equipment servicing, and assisting with sanitation and inventory. Overtime and weekend work may be required in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a beverage or high-speed production environment preferred.
• Ability to read production schedules and communicate deviations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and wear PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Follow QA and production SOPs; perform line changeovers reading measurements.
• Maintain production flow by supplying raw materials and performing minor servicing.
• Record downtime and production data accurately for records.
• Work with other departments to improve quality and reduce waste.
• Identify production or machine issues using visual/auditory cues.
• Cross-train and support sanitation and inventory tasks as needed.
