Job summary

Refresco is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support production in a fast-paced beverage plant in Indiana. You will follow GMPs, wear PPE, read production schedules, supply materials, and perform routine equipment sanitation.

You will work weekdays with possible overtime, stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate forklifts as needed. Prior manufacturing experience and forklift certification are preferred. Strong emphasis on safety, quality, and timely issue reporting is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in beverage production is a plus.
• Ability to read gauges, thermometers, and weight measurements.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs, policies, and PPE requirements.
• Maintain production flow and supply raw materials to equipment.
• Follow SOPs and changeover procedures; read imperial/metric measurements.
• Record downtime and production data; maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with departments to improve quality and efficiency.
• Perform sanitation and basic equipment maintenance as needed.
