Job summary

Refresco is seeking a manufacturing associate to support high-speed beverage production in our Indiana facility. The role emphasizes strict safety, GMP adherence, and accurate data recording while maintaining smooth production flow and equipment changeovers.

You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, perform basic maintenance, and ensure quality standards are met in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• High School Certification or equivalent.
• 1-3 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Formal training in areas such as WHIMIS, HACCP, Hygiene is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all health and safety policies, GMPs, and wear required PPE.
• Maintain production flow by monitoring machinery and materials.
• Read production schedules and communicate issues to the appropriate teams.
• Perform equipment changeovers and understand imperial/metric measurements.
• Record downtime and production/quality data accurately.
• Perform equipment sanitation and basic maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with departments to improve quality and reduce waste.
