Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, a leading beverage provider, seeks a full-time role in California to lead merchandisers, train staff, and enhance service and productivity across routes. You will collaborate with sales and delivery teams and monitor performance using company systems.

The role requires 2–4 years of related experience with leadership or 5–7 years with leadership for non-bachelor holders; physical requirements apply, and a comprehensive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience or High School Diploma with 5–7+ years of related experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and meet state age requirements.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull 25–50 pounds regularly and up to 175 pounds when handling keg products or using pallet jacks/loading tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to improve processes for productivity and customer service.
• Train merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies.
• Ensure wide and consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness and policy compliance.
• Assign and adjust work to meet sales, delivery and customer demands.
• Conduct work-withs and go-behinds to survey productivity, safety and customer service standards.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.
