Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Minnesota is seeking a full-time supervisor to lead merchandiser teams across routes. You will collaborate with sales and delivery to optimize processes and ensure top-tier customer service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3–4+ years of related experience or a high school diploma with extensive supervisory experience, plus the ability to lift heavy loads and operate pallet jacks. A target bonus applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3–4+ years of related experience and 0–1+ years of related experience or High School Diploma/GED with 6–7+ years of specific experience and 1–2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs with keg products or pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer service.
• Train and develop merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies.
• Ensure wide and consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across assigned routes.
• Assign and adjust work as needed to meet sales, delivery and customer demands.
• Conduct “work-withs” and “go-behinds” to survey and monitor employee productivity, safety and customer service standards.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 6 to 7 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 175 pounds when handling keg products or using pallet jacks/loading tool
