Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a full-time supervisor for the 1st shift (Sunday–Wednesday) in Minnesota. You will collaborate with sales and delivery teams to drive productivity, train merchandisers, and ensure excellent customer service across routes.

Required education includes a Bachelor's degree with 3–4+ years of related experience or a GED with 6–7+ years of experience, plus 1–2+ years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree with 3–4+ years of related experience or a GED with 6–7+ years of related experience.
• 1–2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs with keg products or pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to improve processes and maintain customer service.
• Train merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, safety, and policies.
• Monitor operations using company systems to ensure performance and policy compliance.
• Assign and adjust work to meet sales, delivery, and customer demands.
• Conduct work-withs to assess productivity, safety, and service standards.
