Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Market Manager in Nashville to lead a Brand Ambassador team and drive activation outcomes. You will recruit, train, and manage BA staff, and oversee their development, scheduling, and reporting across the market.

The role emphasizes client relationship management, in-market travel (up to 50%), and collaboration with agency operations to ensure high-quality event execution and performance against program goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2-4 years of experience in related field.
Experience in the alcohol/beverage industry preferred.
Experience in an agency, retail, CPG or CE environment.

Responsibilities

Manage recruitment, training, weekly event execution, and reporting for Brand Ambassadors.
Ensure Brand Ambassadors are equipped with merchandise and materials.
Travel in-market for BA development, activation audits, and performance reviews.
Oversee performance management and career development of team.
Build relationships with wholesaler/client field management to drive activation.
Use reports/presentations to highlight success and improvement areas.
Coordinate with support/agency operations on reports, events, and finances.
Conduct weekly conference calls with DM for program updates.
