Advantage Solutions is seeking a Market Manager in Denver to lead a team of part-time Brand Ambassadors, drive activation programs, and build strong client relationships. You will oversee recruitment, training, and performance, ensuring successful sampling events and reporting.

The role requires 2-4 years in related fields, a Bachelor's degree, and up to 50% travel. You will report to the Market/Operations leadership and focus on measurable activation results for the assigned market.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2-4 years of experience in related fields.
• Experience in the alcohol or beverage industry preferred.
• Experience working in an agency, retail, CPG or CE environment.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, train, and manage Brand Ambassador team.
• Ensure BA are equipped with materials for sampling events.
• Travel up to 50% for BA development and performance reviews.
• Manage budget and drive profitable program execution.
• Build strong relationships with wholesaler/client field management teams.
• Provide weekly program updates using reports and presentations.
