Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2-4 years of experience in related fields.
• Experience in the alcohol or beverage industry preferred.
• Experience working in an agency, retail, CPG or CE environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage Brand Ambassador team.
• Ensure BA are equipped with materials for sampling events.
• Travel up to 50% for BA development and performance reviews.
• Manage budget and drive profitable program execution.
• Build strong relationships with wholesaler/client field management teams.
• Provide weekly program updates using reports and presentations.
