Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2–4 years of experience in related field.
• Experience in the alcohol/beverage industry preferred.
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, and training Brand Ambassadors.
• Ability to travel up to 50% in-market.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, training, and development of Brand Ambassadors.
• Oversee weekly event execution and reporting.
• Travel in-market for BA development, activation audits, and performance reviews.
