Lucy’s Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Auburn, Alabama. This role supports the General Manager with daily operations, leads the front-of-house team, oversees the guest experience, and coordinates scheduling and events to ensure consistent service.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership, communication skills, and a genuine hospitality mindset to create a warm, welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant leadership or as an assistant manager.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations.
• Lead front-of-house team and ensure exceptional guest experience.
• Support bar and beverage program and coordinate scheduling and events.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor costs to meet budgets.
• Lead events, promotions, and marketing efforts to strengthen the Lucy's brand.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and operational standards across the team.
