Lucy’s Restaurant Group seeks a Beverage Director to lead and elevate our beverage program, drive guest hospitality, and develop a high-performing team across front-of-house and bar operations.

The ideal candidate combines beverage expertise with strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and a passion for guest experience. This role reports to the leadership team and requires flexibility for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management or hospitality leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of beverage operations.
• Experience managing beverage inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
• Ability to lead effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with professionalism, urgency, organization, and positive energy.
• Oversee execution and consistency of all beverage offerings including cocktails, wine, spirits, beer, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Manage beverage inventory systems including ordering, pars, storage, organization, and monthly inventory.
• Train staff on cocktail preparation, wine service, spirits knowledge, pairings, coffee offerings, and responsible alcohol service.
• Create a culture of learning, professionalism, teamwork, and hospitality excellence.
