Job summary

Lucy’s Restaurant Group is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the daily QSR operations for Wildchild Taco and Little Darling Burger Co. at the Hey Day Market in Auburn, Alabama.

You’ll oversee culinary execution, staffing, training, purchasing, inventory, sanitation, and performance, while partnering with the Director of Operations and Executive Chef. You will develop a high-performing team, balance guest experience with financial goals, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field preferred.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in a comparable restaurant leadership position and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of culinary financial management, budgeting, purchasing, and labor controls.
• Technically savvy with operating, scheduling, budgeting systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work extended hours when needed, including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute daily culinary operations for Wildchild Taco and Little Darling Burger Co.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, presentation, and execution
• Ensure all menu items are prepared to Lucy's standards
• Lead, train, coach, and develop Crew Members and Shift Supervisors
• Promote Lucy's values and build an engaged team culture
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, purchasing, inventory, and food safety
• Oversee financial performance, budgets, and cost controls
• Ensure clean, safe, organized QSRs and compliance with health codes
