Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a culinary leadership role
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and preparation techniques
• The ability to stay cool under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
• Manager-level food handling certification (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise line cooks while keeping operations smooth and efficient
• Execute menu items with precision, passion, and consistency
• Maintain food quality and sanitation standards that exceed expectations
• Ensure stations are fully prepped and ready for high-volume service
• Monitor food safety practices, maintain temperature logs, and enforce health codes
• Collaborate daily with the Executive Sous Chef and Sous Chef on production needs, specials, and events
• Foster a culture of teamwork, positivity, and good vibes only in the kitchen
