Mitchell Companies is seeking a Pre-Sales Representative to manage an assigned route and achieve sales and merchandising objectives. This field-based role emphasizes building relationships, growing product distribution, and owning the territory.

The position requires strong customer service, organization, and the ability to work independently in a Monday–Friday schedule with daily travel within the territory.

Competenze

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized, dependable and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently.
• Basic computer/tablet skills.

• Achieve sales and merchandising goals for your assigned route.
• Sell promotions and grow product distribution and sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Identify new, inactive, and growth opportunities within the territory.
• Maintain product displays, POS materials, and merchandising standards.
• Monitor inventory and help prevent out-of-stocks.
• Provide excellent customer service and fulfill account needs.
• Complete accurate orders, reports, and required documentation.
• Maintain company vehicle and follow safety policies.
• Assist with special events, holiday pull-ups, and weekend deliveries as needed.
