Premier-Midwest Beer & Beverage is seeking a Sales Representative to maximize the sale of supplier brands through territory planning, selling, and building strong customer relations. You will perform regular sales calls to an off-premise territory to meet company objectives and ensure high-quality service.

The role requires a valid driver's license, state sales permit, and ability to manage insurance requirements. Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends are expected.

Competenze

• Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license.
• Ability to secure and maintain a State Sales Permit per state laws; must be 21+.
• Maintain required automobile liability and property damage insurance; ensure coverage.
• Maintain rental insurance as needed.
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Participate in business meetings and company initiatives.
• Able to perform basic calculations for commissions and sales data.

Mansioni

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers in the assigned territory to generate new business.
• Present sales reports and quota attainment results to management.
• Provide sales account management support and analyze historical sales activity to meet quotas.
• Develop programs leveraging the supplier's portfolio.
• Provide first line of customer support by documenting interactions and resolving issues.
• Assess customer needs and align with selling processes and policies.
• Participate in sales projects, proposals, and presentations.
• Ensure accurate order entry and use of the sales system.
• Understand product assortment and assist with space planning and POS materials.
• Track trends and communicate market directions to stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
