Farmer Brothers is seeking a Beverage Equipment Field Service Specialist to install, repair, and commission coffee and other beverage systems within a 100+ mile territory. You will manage routine PMs, emergency calls, and site surveys while ensuring precise documentation and customer signatures.

You will rotate into after-hours and weekend on-call shifts, document parts inventory, and collaborate with the team to meet SLA targets. A valid driver's license and a technical mindset are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of mechanical and technical experience.
• Foodservice background preferred.
• Hands-on exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC and use of test meters is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to travel within a 100+ mile radius of the branch.

About the RoleJoin Farmer Brothers on our Revive Service & Restoration team, where we install, maintain, and restore commercial tea and coffee brewing systems. As a Beverage Equipment Field Service Specialist, you’ll own the customer experience for a defined territory—keeping brewers pouring, documenting every service with precision, and managing the parts that keep our customers up and running.A Day in the LifeStart your morning at 7:30 am, review your route, and head out within a 100-mile radius to scheduled jobs—anything from a new brewer install to preventative maintenance. When an urgent call comes in, you pivot, diagnose, and resolve. You’ll close each call with complete documentation, capture signatures, communicate results, and update your parts inventory before wrapping up around 4:30 pm.
