Farmer Brothers is seeking a Beverage Equipment Field Service Specialist to service and restore commercial tea and coffee brewing systems within a defined territory. You will own the customer experience, document every service with precision, and manage parts to keep customers running smoothly.

The role involves installing, repairing, and commissioning equipment, conducting preventative maintenance, and collaborating with the team on installation projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of mechanical and technical experience required.
• Foodservice background is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; willing to travel within 100+ mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, remove, and commission coffee and beverage dispensing equipment within a defined territory.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled work including emergency responses and preventative maintenance.
• Participate in after-hours/weekend on-call rotation.
• Track and replenish spare parts per company guidelines.
• Document all service activities with complete notes and customer signatures.
