Farmer Brothers is seeking a Beverage Equipment Field Service Specialist to install, repair, and commission coffee and other beverage systems within a 100+ mile territory. You will manage routine PMs, emergency calls, and site surveys while ensuring precise documentation and customer signatures.

You will rotate into after-hours and weekend on-call shifts, document parts inventory, and collaborate with the team to meet SLA targets. A valid driver's license and a technical mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of mechanical and technical experience.
• Foodservice background preferred.
• Hands-on exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC and use of test meters is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to travel within a 100+ mile radius of the branch.

Responsabilités

• Install, repair, remove, and commission coffee and other beverage dispensing equipment across a designated territory.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled work: emergency responses, preventive maintenance, site surveys, and new system installations.
• Participate in an after-hours/weekend on-call rotation.
• Track and replenish spare parts in line with company guidelines.
• Complete all service documentation accurately, including call closures, work notes, invoicing details, and customer signatures.
• Plan, schedule, and execute installation projects in collaboration with the team.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal partners; share requests and feedback with management.
• Meet service level agreements for customer programs while prioritizing tasks to hit timelines.
