Delaware North’s Patina Group is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager for Banners Kitchen & Tap in Boston, MA. You will lead beverage operations, train FOH teams, and drive guest satisfaction in a high-volume setting.

Strong beverage program focus, cocktail innovation, and cost control are essential. Must thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment with leadership and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience as an Assistant General Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager focused on beverage management.
• No college degree required.
• ServSafe preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong financial and computer skills; experience with P&Ls and budgeting.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the General Manager to train, manage and oversee front-of-house staff and ensure budgeted service quality.
• Ensure Health Department regulations are followed and the restaurant is clean and safe.
• Collaborate to maximise sales, monitor product and labor costs, and review financial information.
• Order and conduct weekly inventory of wine, liquor and other supplies.
• Build rapport with guests to create a memorable dining experience.
