The opportunity

Delaware North’s Patina Group is hiring a full-time or part-time Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Banners Kitchen and Tap in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of service is provided to our guests.

Pay

$27.00 – $27.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Assist managers with the training, development, and performance reviews of team members
• Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume
• Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs

More about you

• Minimum of 1 year related experience required, preferably in a high volume or sport bar setting
• Superior organization and guest service skills required
• Word-processing, spreadsheets, and email required.
• Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated experience with handling guest enquiries
• Available to work a flexibible schedule – night, weekends and holiday are required

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift or carry 50 lbs
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
