Job summary

Delaware North's Patina Group in Boston is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team for full-time or part-time hours. You will help ensure the highest levels of service for our guests and support our kitchen and bar staff to deliver exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities include assisting managers with training and performance reviews, managing staffing levels to meet budget and volume, and monitoring guest needs during shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year related experience required.
• Superior organization and guest service skills required.
• Word-processing, spreadsheets, and email required.
• Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated experience handling guest enquiries.
• Available to work a flexible schedule - nights, weekends and holidays are required.

The opportunity

Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a full-time or part-time Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Banners Kitchen and Tap in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of service is provided to our guests.

Pay

$27.00 - $27.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Assist managers with the training, development, and performance reviews of team members
• Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume
• Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs

• Minimum of 1 year related experience required, preferably in a high volume or sport bar setting
• Superior organization and guest service skills required
• Word-processing, spreadsheets, and email required.
• Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated experience with handling guest enquiries
• Available to work a flexibible schedule - night, weekends and holiday are required
