Job summary

A Head For Profits is seeking an Area Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise personnel, and manage budgets within a defined market. You will lead teams, coordinate with brewers and retailers, and drive growth in profitability and service quality.

The role requires leadership experience, knowledge of beverage dispensing systems, and strong interpersonal skills. Travel within the market is expected, with standard business hours and possible evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (preferred) and 3 years of successful management experience.
• 3 years in related industries.
• Strong experience in the beverage dispensing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel and coach for mentoring and career development.
• Oversee daily operations and performance obligations for the market.
• Ensure line cleaning route coverage to maintain operational continuity and customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and problem solving while upholding AHFP core values.
• Collaborate with Regional Managers and executives to execute the sales plan.
