Job summary

A Head For Profits is hiring an Area Manager to oversee daily operations across a defined market. You will supervise personnel, manage budgets, and maintain strong relationships with brewers, wholesalers, and retail partners.

You will report to the Regional Manager and will lead a team of Technicians, driving execution of the business plan while ensuring high standards of service and safety in the field.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred and/or three years of successful management experience in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and manage personnel under Regional Manager guidance.
• Maintain relationships with brewers, wholesalers, and retail clients.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Technicians in the market.
• Ensure operational requirements and performance obligations are met for the market.
• Support line cleaning, route coverage, and customer satisfaction.
