Job summary

Glazer’s Beer & Beverage is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operations, budgeting, and compliance across our facility. The role focuses on optimizing productivity, maintaining inventory integrity, and building strong supplier relations.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field, five years of experience, and a track record in leadership and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• Five years of related experience required.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to obtain auto-liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and control the operating budget and capital expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for warehouse and transportation.
• Manage and measure work, process, and metrics including safety, quality, and productivity.
• Inventory management and development of procedures for receiving and inventory control.
• Develop policies to maximize output and support talent development.
• Maintain equipment, machinery, and transportation assets.
• Build relationships with supplier community and key accounts to ensure satisfaction.
• Support direct reports with conflict resolution and performance improvement.
• Create scalable programs to attract and develop talent.
• Provide ongoing learning programs and policies.
• Perform other duties as required.
