Job summary

A Head for Profits is seeking an Area Manager to oversee daily operations within a defined market, report to the Regional Manager, and lead a team of technicians. The role involves budgeting, relationship management with brewers, wholesalers, and retail clients, and strategic execution of the business plan.

The position requires leadership experience, beverage-industry knowledge, and the ability to travel locally. Expect up to 5:00 PM hours with potential evening/weekend duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred and/or three years of management experience.
• Three years in related industries.
• Beverage dispensing industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel and guide BQTs and BSTs.
• Oversee operational requirements and market performance.
• Coordinate line cleaning routes and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and uphold AHFP Core Values.
• Manage tools and technologies as needed.
• Collaborate with RMs and executives on sales goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitive information.
• Communicate important information to RM.
• Evaluate personnel and department needs.
