Responsibilities:

1. Maintain par levels of operating supplies and equipment for each bar, obtaining replacements from alcohol storage areas in accordance with procedures.
2. Keep all service wells stocked with paper goods and alcohol as per set pars.
3. Stock weekly beer and liquor orders in their proper locations.
4. Clean and stock the guest self-serve areas as needed throughout the shift.
5. Clean and stock the Employee Dining Room/Backstage Café.
6. Responsible for keg changes, removals, and proper storage.
7. Clean and organize service wells, beer coolers, and storage areas.
8. Work at all shifts, including weekends and holidays, with open availability.
9. Comply with all relevant policies and regulations.
10. Assist with special events as needed.
11. Foster a fun environment and be a gracious host to guests and coworkers.
12. Promote positive community involvement and participate in company-sponsored events.
13. Ensure interactions align with the ACES Service Program guidelines.
14. Provide fast, friendly, professional service to guests, beverage servers, and bartenders.
15. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to follow instructions promptly and accurately.
• Qualify for licensing by the Ohio Lottery Commission.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Pass a background check.
• Ability to tolerate a high-stimulus environment.
• Open availability including all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and walk long distances.
• Good communication skills and outgoing, energetic attitude.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment.
