Position Summary: Join our dynamic team at Rivers Casino as a Beverage Barback! In this role, you'll provide crucial support to our beverage team members, ensuring smooth and efficient bar service.

Responsibilities

• Keep the liquor manifold well-stocked and distribute beer and liquor orders.
• Set up and monitor supplies, including restocking beverages and essentials.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pop and liquor rooms, including sweeping and mopping.
• Keep bar and storage areas tidy, free of clutter and debris.
• Maintain ice levels and restock beer throughout the shift.
• Monitor and replace chemical levels in dish machines as needed.
• Manage garbage disposal, ensuring regular emptying and cleaning.
• Focus on safety, report incidents promptly, and complete documentation.
• Keep work areas clean and communicate effectively between shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Cooperative, friendly, with a well-groomed appearance.
• Understanding of Material Safety Data Sheets.
• Ability to obtain RAMP certification.
• Strong teamwork skills and flexibility for various shifts, including holidays.
• Maintain necessary state licensing.

Certifications

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and working in bar areas.
• Lifting and pulling up to 50 lbs regularly, occasionally handling 50+ lbs.
