Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Filling requisitions for bar products according to established pars
• Stocking bars with products from dry goods, liquor room, and coolers
• Cutting fruit for beverage garnishes
• Disposing of trash from bars and using the compactor on the dock
• Cleaning and stocking beverage stations
• Following Nevada Alcohol Awareness Procedures

Skills, Education, and Other Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
• Basic bar knowledge preferred
• Valid identification to establish identity and right to work in the U.S.
