Position: BARBACK

Tom’s Watch Bar offers a highly curated sports programming experience, with a central oversized "stadium" screen and hundreds of surrounding screens for 360-degree viewing. Position Summary

Maintain all bar/lounge equipment and supplies at proper levels during all hours to ensure excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure proper setup of all bar areas for lounge opening.
2. Keep the bar and lounge areas clean and organized at all times.
3. Assist bartenders by checking cocktail napkins, glasses, and cleanliness regularly.
4. Replenish ice and supplies as needed.
5. Operate glasswashers and manage glassware inventory.
6. Sweep and mop bar areas at the end of each shift, cleaning and replacing mats.

Qualifications

1. Previous restaurant experience.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Good communication skills with bar staff.

Physical Demands

1. Repeated bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 lbs.
2. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry items up to 50 lbs.
3. Continuous standing to stock and clean areas.
