We are hiring a Lounge BarBack (Full-time / Part-time)
Pay: $15.49
We are looking for individuals passionate about serving others! Working at our hotel bar and lounge outlets means you are often the first or last greeting our guests receive, working alongside our talented bartenders. It’s a team effort at our Concord establishments, and your role is vital to the guest experience. Your friendly smile and cheerful attitude help create a welcoming environment, and your proactive, responsive, and caring nature makes a difference.
Bar backs and food runners are responsible for providing excellent customer service, serving food (at some locations), cleaning and restocking as needed, assisting with opening and closing the bar, and following all safety guidelines. Applicants must be dependable, able to stand for 8-10 hours, work at least 3 days per week, and be willing to work weekends and holidays. Prior experience in a high-volume food & beverage establishment is required; hotel experience is preferred.
(Full-Time Associates Only) We offer competitive wages. Full-time associates are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision plans, life insurance, short-term/long-term disability options, 401K, tuition assistance, discounted room rates at Concord-managed hotels, and opportunities for training, development, and career advancement.
