WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Maintain par levels of operating supplies and equipment for each bar, obtaining replacements from alcohol storage areas as per procedure.
• Keep service wells stocked with set pars of paper goods and alcohol.
• Manage weekly beer and liquor orders and proper storage.
• Clean and stock guest self-serve stations as needed throughout the shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service wells, beer coolers, and storage areas.
• Responsible for keg changes, removal, and proper storage.
• Work at all shifts, including weekends and holidays, and participate in special events as needed.
• Foster a fun environment and be a gracious host to guests and coworkers.
• Promote positive community engagement and participate in company-sponsored events.
• Ensure interactions follow the ACES Service Program guidelines.
• Provide fast, friendly, professional service to gaming guests, beverage servers, and bartenders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
