Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits in the United States is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales growth by expanding product distribution and ensuring execution standards across assigned retail accounts.

You will build relationships with store managers and buyers, promote a broad brand portfolio, and lead promotions and new product launches while maintaining stock rotation and freshness. A 1+ year beverage sales background is preferred, with a valid driver’s license and 21+ years of age.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in beverage sales, merchandising, or route execution.
• Must be 21+ years old with valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Grow market share by expanding distribution across relevant accounts.
• Present and promote a broad portfolio of brands to retailers with promotional alignment.
• Increase shelf space and secure primary placements for core SKUs.
• Launch and execute promotions to drive immediate lift and long-term distribution wins.
• Coordinate new product launches with plans including POS, sampling, and education.
