Job summary
Top Quality Recruitment (TQR) is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor in Cincinnati, OH to lead a team of technicians responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
You will oversee safety, regulatory compliance (OSHA, HACCP, GMPs in beverage context), coordinate maintenance planning with Production and Engineering, and drive continuous improvement across facilities.
Qualifications
- Technical degree in Maintenance, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance.
- Experience leading a team of technicians and coordinating with Production and Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and coach technicians to support skill development and performance.
- Oversee preventive and emergency maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Enforce safety protocols (OSHA) and ensure compliance with HACCP and GMPs.
- Monitor safety policies, lockout/tagout, and regulatory standards.
- Oversee capital and in-house projects and ensure supplies are available.
- Analyze issues, implement efficiency improvements, and optimize processes.
- Assist with shutdowns, installations, and equipment upgrades.
- Collaborate with Production and Engineering to resolve recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
