Job summary

Impact Beverage is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians ensuring reliable operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced beverage production environment.

You will supervise daily maintenance activities, enforce GMPs and SOPs, and collaborate with Production and Engineering to implement long-term solutions

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Maintenance, Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent experience in manufacturing maintenance leadership.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance.
• Experience leading and developing teams of 5+ people.
• Experience using a CMMS.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in beverage industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and coach technicians to support skill development and performance.
• Oversee preventive and emergency maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure GMP/HACCP compliance.
• Manage parts inventory and supplies for maintenance work.
• Collaborate with Production and Engineering to resolve recurring equipment issues.
