Job summary

You will supervise technicians, coordinate vendors, and drive preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and continuous improvement, with responsibility for CMMS use, equipment installations, and adherence to OEM guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Formal training in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance trade preferred.
• 5-8 years of facility/industrial maintenance experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience maintaining manufacturing equipment and facility systems; OEM/vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and facilities staff, assign daily work, and provide feedback.
• Plan preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance using CMMS.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs and upgrades.
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and equipment installations or moves.
• Ensure safety standards (OSHA) and documentation compliance.
