Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or other technical discipline.
• 3+ years in Maintenance or Reliability Engineering; 5+ years preferred.
• 2+ years in supervisory role within manufacturing.
• Experience planning and managing projects.
• Experience with Preventative Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• CMMS software proficiency.
• Experience in contract manufacturing and change management preferred.
• Leading a Maintenance Team in a 24/7 environment preferred.
• Knowledge of World Class Manufacturing and lean manufacturing desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and reliability activities for bottling plant operations.
• Develop and sustain a formalized Total Productive Maintenance program.
• Manage asset masterplan to improve overall equipment effectiveness.
• Investigate downtime and perform root cause analyses with corrective actions.
• Support safety, quality programs and audits (OSHA, HAACP, SQF, ISO, etc.).
• Coach and mentor contractors and associates on safety and maintenance practices.
• Collaborate across functions and communicate maintenance improvements to stakeholders.
