Job summary

Enthuse Marketing in Missoula, MT is seeking a results‑driven field marketing specialist to drive the commercial performance of client brands across on‑premise and off‑premise accounts. You will plan, execute, and optimize brand activations, displays, and experiences while coordinating with sales and client teams.

Travel roughly 25% is required, with flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in beverage/alcohol, strong presentation and communication

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent job experience in the CPG industry.
• 3–5 years’ experience in the beverage alcohol industry/hospitality preferred.
• Confident and outgoing with excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 25% of working time, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Understanding of the regulatory environment in Montana as it relates to Beverage Alcohol.
• Computer and tablet literacy with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to use PowerBI, VIP and other internal tools; willingness to learn more systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and implement brand and portfolio engagement using performance data (volume, menu growth/share, activities) provided by agency and client.
• Drive brand presence, performance and advocacy in accounts using strategic engagement activities and business-focused solutions.
• Spot activation, store promotional and display opportunities and propose Client brands as the solution.
• Install and maintain POS/printed materials that are clean and current.
• Build impactful displays to engage and convert shoppers using approved assets.
• Plan and deploy in-store and bar consumer experiences like engraving, gifting, and education events.
• Survey outlets using photo capture software and submit surveys on time.
• Impart brand history, production, taste profile, cocktail, and bar operations knowledge to clients and trade.
• Maintain open communication with Client & Agency stakeholders and support resources.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders to ensure product inventory and manage out-of-stock issues.
• Manage agency initiatives: Budget/expenses, reporting, data tracking, training, POS/assets/warehouse, and marketing code guidelines.
