Job summary

Enthuse Marketing Group is seeking an On-Premise Activation Specialist based within commuting distance of the market. You will execute activations for a premium beer and spirits portfolio, leveraging local relationships and community ties to drive awareness and trial.

You will report to the Field Activation Manager and work independently in the field with consistent communication, timely reporting, and adherence to budgets and guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of beverage alcohol, hospitality or events experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional presence.
• Strong organizational and project-management capabilities.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory and work flexible hours.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute brand activations and events within assigned on-premise accounts.
• Deliver programming per objectives, activation standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate activation logistics, materials, staffing, and on-site needs.
• Build bartender and trade engagement through credible, relevant experiences.
• Observe consumer behavior and provide field insights to improve programs.
