Qualified candidates have 2+ years in related roles; a high school diploma is required, and a college/technical degree is preferred. Strong safety mindset and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College or technical degree preferred.
• Equivalent training in military, utility, or power industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and operation of utility-scale BESS power plant.
• Monitor plant operation via SCADA; perform commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Repair and modification of AC/DC BESS components; ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Support documentation, reports, and PM activities.
