You will lead a team responsible for SCM and Contract Manufacturing across Utility-scale and C&I sectors, partnering with Strategy, Product Development, Manufacturing, Sales, and Project Execution to set growth strategy and governance. The role requires a highly strategic leader with deep BESS industry knowledge, cross‑functional leadership, and the ability to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Energy Policy, Engineering, Economics, or Finance.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience leading or managing project teams.
• Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in energy storage (BESS), renewable energy, power utilities, or energy consulting.
• Deep understanding of the North American power sector, especially around BESS usage and requirements.
• Proven track record of working effectively within a multinational corporate structure, with demonstrated success in managing reporting lines and stakeholder relationships across time zones and cultures.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Market Planning: Identifying manufacturing partnerships and strategic procurement needs across Utility-scale, C&I, and emerging energy storage markets.
• Market Intelligence & Policy Analysis: Analyze regulatory changes to evaluate policies and opportunities and recommend strategic actions to leadership.
• Competitive Analysis: Evaluate contract manufacturing firms and current supply chain status to enhance competitive positioning and identify gaps.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with BESS Strategy, Procurement, Product Development and Sales to align strategic market requirements with roadmaps and commercial operations.
• Team Leadership: Direct and mentor a highly technical team and build skills for business continuity.
