Qualifications

• 15+ years in BESS, solar, power electronics, or utilities with product leadership.
• Strong knowledge of integrated BESS architecture: batteries, PCS, EMS/SCADA.
• Understanding of utility-scale and C&I storage, tariffs and energy markets.
• Experience in financial modeling, P&L, pricing and investment prioritization.
• Leadership across Engineering, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Service.
• Excellent written, verbal and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio architecture and multi-year roadmaps across markets.
• Lead AC- and DC-coupled BESS platforms and cloud software.
• Drive engineering from concept to production readiness and launch.
• Build investment cases covering revenue, costs and margins.
• Manage strategic partnerships with battery, PCS, and software partners.
