Description

We're building our brand and are looking for employees to join the Bertucci's family! Our unique brick oven, made of 936 bricks, is at the heart of our kitchen and symbolizes our authentic flavor and culture. We are seeking passionate individuals to help us grow—brick by brick—through innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare appetizers, sandwiches, calzones, pizza, grilled, and pasta dishes according to Bertucci's specifications.
2. Be knowledgeable in all behind-the-line areas to ensure flexible scheduling.
3. Manage food rotation, set-up, break-down, and stock wood; present products attractively; clean utensils and work areas.
4. Prepare food accurately and timely, ensuring proper temperature of ovens, coolers, and freezers.
5. Inspect stock levels, review prep sheets with the manager, and establish daily prep lists.
6. Store, unpack, and retrieve food items properly.
7. Monitor and report equipment malfunctions, maintaining a sound working order.
8. Follow safety policies, demonstrate correct use of equipment, and maintain cleanliness to prevent hazards.
9. Keep the work area sanitary according to State Health Department standards.
