We are seeking a dedicated Pasta Cook to join our team at Bertucci's Springfield. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing various dishes including appetizers, sandwiches, calzones, pizza, grilled items, and pasta, following our specifications and standards.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare food accurately and efficiently according to Bertucci's recipes and standards.
2. Ensure all food items are cooked to the correct temperature and presentation standards.
3. Maintain proper food rotation, set-up, and clean-up procedures.
4. Monitor and report any malfunctioning equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
