Responsibilities

1. Prepare appetizers, sandwiches, calzones, pizza, grilled, and pasta dishes according to Bertucci's specifications.
2. Handle food rotation, set-up, break-down, and stock wood.
3. Present products attractively and maintain cleanliness of utensils and work area.
4. Cook food accurately and efficiently.
5. Ensure proper temperatures of ovens, coolers, and freezers.
6. Monitor stock levels and collaborate with management on prep lists.
7. Store and retrieve food items appropriately.
8. Report equipment malfunctions and maintain equipment in good working order.
9. Follow safety policies, use equipment correctly, and keep work areas sanitary.
