Join our team as a Line Cook and be part of a lively Italian restaurant that values quality, tradition, and family atmosphere. As a key member of our culinary team, you will prepare and serve delicious Italian dishes, ensuring consistency and high standards in every plate.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate and share a solid knowledge of the menu, recipes, and ingredients.
  • Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistent quality.
  • Learn new recipes, techniques, and menu updates quickly.
  • Answer guest and staff questions regarding menu items.
  • Contribute to food cost management through proper inventory rotation and labeling.
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
  • Ensure proper table setups, room capacity, and adhere to dress codes and hours of operation.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, preparation methods, and presentation standards.
  • Perform job functions with minimal supervision, demonstrating organization and concentration.
  • Comply with all sanitation and health regulations.
  • Inspect and maintain cleanliness of workstations throughout the shift.
Requirements
  • One to two years of experience and/or training preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.
