Job Responsibilities

As a Pasta Cook, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining all behind-the-line areas for flexible scheduling.
  • Managing food rotation, setup, breakdown, and stock levels.
  • Ensuring accurate food preparation and timely service.
  • Monitoring equipment temperatures and reporting malfunctions.
  • Following safety policies and maintaining a sanitary work environment.
