We're building our brand and are looking for employees to join the Bertucci's family!

Responsibilities: Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Stacking clean dishes on racks, ensuring the use of clean water and detergent in the dishwasher
• Delivering clean dishes to designated areas
• Rinsing bus buckets, cleaning, and drying pots, pans, utensils, dough boxes
• Trash removal and general cleaning of the work area
• Receiving, unloading, and rotating products from vendors
• Assisting cooks with prep as needed
• Preparing the dishwashing machine for daily activity and inspecting for damage
• Monitoring machine operation and reporting malfunctions
• Cleaning the dishwasher and surrounding area throughout the day

Preferred Skills: Attention to detail

Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old, commitment to high standards, ability to work well under pressure, stand for 9-hour shifts, work in extreme temperatures, some heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs)
